Anonymous

In this exhibition, the Anonymous creator, who signed a creative confidentiality agreement, participates with a zine titled "Secrets Beneath the Sand — Minor Beast". The work explores personal life experiences that are hard to share, using a reflexive approach. These experiences, like messages buried in the sand, want to be discovered but are also filled with fear and uncertainty.

Anonymous Writer

In this exhibition, the Anonymous Writer, who signed a creative confidentiality agreement, presents an invisible act of writing—made visible on the surfaces of urban objects. Through this act, the invisible operations of the city take form, turning a static, stable, and flat location into one that gradually intertwines with its environment, becoming a node of fluid relationships. The work seeks to extend the original function of the transformer box and to construct a shared consciousness of thirdspace (Edward Soja, 1996) within the everyday, blending the subtle relations among people, surroundings, and time.

Huh?!
A: Uh… so… are we doing a group exhibition?
B: …But the works… uh……
Seven friends, gathering in the big city, looking for an alternative space for an exhibition. We’re students at the Graduate Institute of Transdisciplinary Art at National Kaohsiung Normal University. For a month, we lived together off-campus and turned our temporary “home” into an exhibition space. Creating freely, living together—right at home. Sometimes we invited friends over, sometimes we gave each other space. Binge-watching, cooking, chatting, cleaning, celebrating—treating life itself as part of the creative process. It might seem chaotic, but we’re serious about living.
We are “Unsocia1”—a group that’s... kinda hard to explain.
From December 2024 to January 2025, we hosted “Unsocia1: Our At-Home Exhibition.”
